GULLANE ONE travelled well when landing a course and distance success five days ago under Ella McCain and the combination is taken to back up that win from a decent central draw. The gelding could prove well treated in the next few weeks and it will be disappointing if he can't go close. Stronsay is in good heart at present but all recent efforts have come at Hamilton. He's a strong claim if transferring that improvement on his first start at this venue. Fircombe Hall scored over course and distance two starts back, looks an improving three-year-old and is shortlist material with probably more to come. Hail Sezer's consistency affords him each-way claims.
