Verdict

Having finished ahead of World War at Salisbury, Mistress Quickly found 1m4f too short at Goodwood and should be approaching peak fitness now. Stone The Crows will be better for a run at York but KENSINGTON STAR (NAP) is back on the same mark as when winning this 12 months ago and recent runs at Thirsk and Hamilton suggest a repeat may be on the cards. Stormin Tom has been knocking on the door but is stepping up a grade today, as is Nottingham second Airton. Dominating stays extreme distances but Davy's Dilemma won over this trip at Wetherby a year ago and was only beaten a neck at Doncaster on his reappearance.
