In depth

Verdict

Swaledale Lad has a decent shout on his recent second at Bangor while Big Water has been placed on his last three starts without threatening the winner. ABLE DEPUTY ran well in fourth behind Manyriverstocross in a Class 2 handicap at Ascot last time. A repeat of that effort can see him come out best in this lesser company. There's not much between Hallmark Star and Redpender over timber and both make their chasing debuts today.
