In depth

Verdict

DUTCH COED has taken time to find his form but if repeating the level achieved when scoring at Beverley last month he could be the one in a tricky handicap. Rowan Scott carried out waiting tactics to the letter on that occasion and presumably a similar strategy will be employed here. Betty Grable enjoyed a highly profitable spring campaign and has every chance if returning at the same level after a short break but Millie The Minx may prove the main threat. She's proved a much better hurdler to date but her latest run when a close third at this venue suggested she has more to offer on that Flat. Red Seeker also has a solid claim and completes the shortlist.
