It's hard to find any good recent form among the runners in this maiden handicap but a selection must be made and we go with BEAUCHAMP WONDER who is put forward to score at the main expense of Unawatuna and Saxona. The selection comes from the yard of Gerard Butler who has his string in good heart recently. The filly hasn't been seen since September but has shown ability on all three times she has taken to win this. Unawatuna is a thorough stayer and made a cracking return from a 200-day break last time out, finishing second. Although still a maiden, she rates as quite a nice staying prospect at the right level and can do better again. Ian Williams' Saxona won a moderate seven-runner bumper at Towcester in May and stayed on for second on her third start on the level at Chepstow last time.
