    Verdict

Moon Valley can benefit from first-time blinkers to prevail ahead of Little Miss Tara, Kalasam and Recalcitrant. Moon Valley was giving 13lb to Recalcitrant when beaten half-a-length by that rival here a fortnight ago, and on 2lb better terms, with first-time blinkers to help, she is taken to turn the tables. Little Miss Tara has shown a bit more zip since being fitted with a visor, but may find conditions too lively unless there there is a lot more rain, while Kalasam struggled when last tried at today's trip. Under Fire has an absence to overcome but does not appear too badly treated, and Voicemail has slipped down the rankings. View From The Top does not look like a typical Prescott handicap blot, and in a moderate affair we return to Moon Valley as the answer.
