        Verdict

        LANKARAN ran green on debut at Yarmouth and again at Wolverhampton just eights days later but still landed the odds. He looks capable of holding his own at a higher level if he develops further and should have too much for the Redcar winner Deny Knowledge, who also carries a penalty. Jewel In My Crown has shown ability in all three starts to date and she should be thereabouts again but Mark Johnston’s newcomer No Flies On Me was a cheap purchase who has no fancy entries.
