    None of these have experience of testing ground but BURNING THE CLOCKS finished behind a subsequent winner when third at Wolverhampton and gets the nod on that form. Lackaday will be no pushover if handling the surface having suffered a narrow-margin defeat at Pontefract last time while Rahmah has separated a couple of modest efforts with a third at Newmarket and can figure with a repeat. Monsieur Valentine is a half-brother to three winners and the betting may give the best clue to his chances.
