Ride Safari, Talcen Gwyn and Queen's Glory have all shown signs of ability but the vote goes to He's A Star, who represents the in-form stable of Richard Hannon. The selection finished mid division on his Chepstow debut but is open to plenty of improvement and it would come as no surprise to see the son of Mark Of Esteem step up notably on that effort against some moderate looking opposition. Ride Safari ran a promising race on his first start behind Indiannie Star at Lingfield, as did the Milton Harris-trained Talcen Gwyn on his debut over course and distance behind the useful Silver Wraith. He and Queen's Glory are closely matched on that form. Paul d'Arcy's Connotation makes limited appeal on her first start in public in a race that is taken to go to He's A Star.
