A contest for horses that have not won more than one race so caution is advised, however MY FLAME has done the business here before and is preferred to Lady Lam and Miss Jabba. John Jenkins' gelding was not disgraced when last seen, finishing fifth to Harting Hill at Kempton. He has a little to find on official ratings with a couple of his rivals however his yard are in good form and if fit after his break he should run well. Pacific Bay has not been in good form over hurdles this winter, Raise All In needs to be revived by the application of blinkers, whilst Miss Jabba has been placed at the track before and is certainly not one to rule out. Lady Lam's effort on soft ground at Warwick was no disgrace but she is yet to prove that she can run well on turf, having gained her sole success at Kempton in March. In her favour, at least she is less exposed than her rivals. Gold Rock tries a visor as he returns to turf, a repeat of Contemplate's second to Euston Square at Leicester in October would see her go close, whilst Bahama Baileys is more consistent than some but ultimately very modest. As is this race, but My Flame looks a good bet to win it.
