tracked leaders, shaken up to lead inside final furlong, ran on
led, ridden and headed inside final furlong, soon rallied, always held
chased leaders, soon outpaced, detached at halfway, soon beaten
Wotadoll returns to action having won over track and trip in October but is 7lb higher today. JACK TAYLOR has the more recent form when caught at the line here at last week’s meeting. He’d won at the track before that so Richard Hughes’ charge looks worth sticking with in his current form. Jeopardy John went close at Windsor back in April but has failed to build on that effort in a couple of subsequent starts while Special Code gets extra headgear on his reappearance but hasn’t won since 2015.
