Verdict

Long View looked in need of the experience on her debut over this trip at Nottingham and started favourite over an extra quarter-mile at Kempton but failed to stay, though she was in the lead at this trip. Haydn's Lass has a similar profile though was beaten seven lengths into second at Ripon but French import Brisk showed she could win races with a promising start for David Evans at Ffos Las, where the mile looked on the short side. Kicking The Can has had three runs on Polytrack at Lingfield and shown some promise but, in what looks a moderate contest, a chance is taken on the Godolphin newcomer VICEROYALTY, a son of Sea The Stars out of a mare who was runner-up in two Group 1 races and produced a winner with her first foal.
