It was soft ground when East Street Revue beat Van Gerwen in last year’s renewal. The latter finished behind Arnold over track and trip recently but both Ann Duffield’s charge and previous course winner The Bell Conductor have been done no favours by today’s draw. Latin Five won at Nottingham last time but stablemate SON AND SANNIE may prove the one to side with. He makes a quick reappearance after a good effort in a Class 3 sprint at Lingfield a couple of days ago and should find this easier.
