      Verdict

      RIBALDRY disappointed at Ayr last time but the soft ground was a legitimate excuse and David O’Meara’s filly gets another chance on earlier placed efforts. Zestful never figured at Ascot on her debut but this is easier and she’s a likely improver along with Convection and Risk Averse while Piastrella ran well for a long way at Redcar and may prove best of the rest.
