Bedizen should have won a fortnight ago but he can make amends today and can score ahead of Cavalry Guard, Stark Contrast and newcomer Seleet. Sir Michael Stoute's stable have been in fine form so far this season and the selection would have won in another stride on his reappearance at Leicester. The drop in trip may not suit, however he found plenty of trouble two weeks ago and should go close with a clear passage. Henry Cecil is a man in form and he saddles Cavalry Guard today. Not seen for nearly two hundred days, Jamie Spencer looks an intriguing jockey booking and with plenty of improvement to come with another winter on his back, he deserves respect. Stark Contrast wasn't beaten far on his recent reappearance however he may just need a tad further although he should be powering home at the finish. The market will help guide about the chances of newcomer Seleet, whilst at bigger price Bernix could go well. Gunner's View is very much another for consideration however Bedizen looks to have progressed well over the winter and gets the vote.
