The imperative of a high draw at this trip reluctantly rules out Sir Sandrovitch and Loughlorien for win only purposes and a chance is therefore taken that Speed On can live up to his home reputation and make the most of a position on the rails. The Henry Candy-trained veteran reportedly gives Airwave a run for the money at home but has never lived up to his potential on the racecourse. However, may just be able to have his own way up front today and he could be tremendous value for a good run for the money as he has not forced his head in front for almost four years. a late rattle from Sir Sandrovitch can be expected, but statistically speaking he has it all to do if the far-side runners set off at a rate of knots.
