        Verdict

        COLONY QUEEN showed progressive form last year and continued her improvement when scoring at Newcastle on her reappearance. She counted Tim Rocco among her victims on that occasion and can go close again raised only 3lb. Knowing has a shout back over this shorter trip and Pontefract winner Aiya will be sharper for a recent outing while Michele Strogoff finished a bit closer at Wolverhampton last time. Northern Lyte won over a shorter distance here last summer and Power Of States drops back down in class on her return having been gelded.
