        Verdict

        Southwell winner Shoot To Win finished last of 10 on his reappearance but Alix James beat Le Chiffre when scoring at Musselburgh in October and makes more appeal than recent Chelmsford third Falconidae. Velma has every chance on a recent second over course and distance though was raised 6lb for her trouble while Jam And Mam has won in the French provinces and debuts for Archie Watson’s yard. PERFECT ROSE hasn’t raced for over a year but finished in front of a subsequent winner when going close at Haydock. The winner has also placed in Listed company so a chance is taken on Mark Johnston’s filly making a winning return now handicapping.
