    Placed in a handicap over 1m2f, CAROL should go close back in this company. She was runner-up over a mile at Ascot last year so today’s shorter trip should not be a problem. None of the opposition have looked like winning so far though Flourishing has had just the one start at Newbury and should be better for the experience. Harba was still beaten eight lengths when third at Yarmouth while New Delhi never figured on the all-weather so the newcomer Waiting A Lot, a sister to a winner, may prove better than both of the latter pair.
