Amanda Perrett won this last year with Silver City and in Mountain Meadow has another leading candidate, with Honeymooning and Recognise the main dangers. Mountain Meadow was sent off favourite on his return to the fray at Nottingham, having chased home Salford City at Newbury on his sole juvenile start. He was to occupy the same position again but was probably still in need of tuning up, and this extra two-furlongs should be in his favour on breeding. Henry Cecil's filly Honeymooning looks capable of landing a maiden judged on her two efforts so far but she does not have the look of a world-beater. The Cliveden Stud will be keen to get a win under her belt to increase her paddock value, but they may have to wait for another day. Recognise is a half-brother to Romantic Affair but is another that does not appear anything special on his two runs to date at Hamilton, and we return to Mountain Meadow to run them ragged in the finale.
