Passa Nova is an interesting contender in this nursery having shaped with promise on all starts in maiden company. Lynda Ramsden's gelding kept on well at Newcastle last time and hasn't been overburdened on this his first run in a handicap. Takes Two To Tango is another with a leading chance having come up against a good horse at Ayr before winning readily at Nottingham last time and should appreciate the extra distance today. Cranshaws won over C&D last time and is respected although he didn't beat a great deal and has plenty of weight here, whilst Sweet Return has place prospects along with Tim Easterby's Mellino
