In depth

Verdict

Another open handicap for punters but NORDANO was much improved last week when second behind a hotpot in Moon King and a repeat of that progression should see him in the shake-up at least. He down 2f in trip here so expect a typical 'from the front' approach from the Mark Johnston inmate. Jazz Hands displayed a good attitude to prevail at Musselburgh this month but steps up significantly in trip now. He's still shortlisted though as he looks on the upgrade. Homesick Boy is a possible improver but the main danger looks to be Lincoln Tale. He came home strongly over a mile last time and it's interesting to see him stepped up quite dramatically in trip here.
