Verdict

Muthraab Aldaar showed potential in maidens on soft ground last season and made a successful return to action on Tapeta at Wolverhampton. He'll have no problems with the conditions but takes a big step-up in trip. Project Bluebook stayed on gamely to score over the trip at Wolverhampton but has no experience of racing on Turf. James Bethell's runners here are always worth a check and AIRTON (NAP) can enhance his strike-rate. All four of last season's runs were on ground with some give and he was staying on over a mile in his final two starts so today's trip looks ideal. Opposition is by Dalakhani so should do much better in his second season while Sporty Yankee showed enough in his first campaign to be of interest. Matidia was well beaten when stepped up to 1m2f at Nottingham in September.
