led, pushed along over 3f out, headed over 2f out, soon beaten
in touch, pushed along and outpaced over 3f out
prominent, ridden 2f out, kept on same pace final furlong
with leader, effort over 2f out, weakened final furlong
held up mid-division, headway over 2f out, ridden and every chance entering final furlong, stayed on under pressure, held
towards rear, never dangerous
held up, steady progress over 2f out, ridden and one pace final furlong
towards rear, chased along over 3f out, no impression
Olivia Rose gets the confident vote here with Grey Clouds, Lauro and Oldenway the others for the shortlist. The selection has been in great form of late and was just caught on the line by Grey Clouds at Pontefract last time. However, Olivia Rose is weighted to reverse that form and with conditions to suit she should take a good deal of beating. Lauro ran well despite not having her optimum conditions last time at Hamilton behind Celtic Heroine. She will be suited by the quicker ground here and as she is also dropped slightly in grade she has to be considered. Oldenway has not won for over a year but he does go especially well for today's pilot Paul Hanagan so he looks to have decent place prospects. Mister Arjay is capable of better than he has shown of late so he is another that could be interesting, but for the winner we return to Olivia Rose.
