Thakaa, who is related to five winners, made a nice return to action at Newmarket but didn't handle softer ground at Goodwood. Eesha's Smile made a successful debut here in August then followed up at Bath but has been found wanting in handicaps since changing yards. Northern Lyte has run her best races on good going including on this track and her recent runs have all been on ground with plenty of give. IVORY CHARM, a winner at Hamilton in May, found Chester too sharp last week and this should be much more to her liking so she gets the nod as Canoodling was a well beaten last of five here last month.
