Verdict

Arcavallo has had three starts here and won two of them though he's finished last in three of his four latest starts. WAR WHISPER (NAP) is handed the vote in a tight sprint as he completed a double around this time a year ago and looked on the way back with a good run at York last week. Seen The Lyte had been in good form before scrambling home at Haydock though a 4lb rise makes this more difficult. Only Spoofing last won in September from a 7lb higher mark so he's an obvious threat while Shepherd's Purse ended a very long losing run with a victory at Ayr and though 4lb higher has won from much higher marks.
