    Verdict

Lawless Louis carries accumulated penalties for his earlier auction race wins while Prince Of Cool and Ventura Secret are also penalised having won maiden races. Dubai Knights went close at Wetherby in May and Clef was placed in soft ground on her debut at Leicester, though hasn’t had much luck with the draw today. Whirl Me Round has bags of speed in his pedigree but fellow newcomer INDIE ROCK makes more appeal. Mark Johnston’s filly is a sister to former stablemate and Group 2 Richmond Stakes winner Heavy Metal and may well be good enough from a decent draw.
