Verdict

Relkinda can land this at the expense of stable mate Hephaestus, Southandwest and Mr Loire. The selection has been in great form all year finishing in the frame on every occasion. He got in his head in front at Windsor when getting the better of Fanlight Fanny. His latest effort was when finishing second to Scented Present at Chepstow was a fine one and if repeating that performance he will win. Hephaestus looks the stable second string. He got of the mark first time of asking at Newbury but has since found things tough in better company. This is a drop in grade so any market moves should be noted. Southandwest won over course and distance on his penultimate start but was out of his depth in better company at Sandown last time out. This is his grade and if his confidence is still in tact then he will have a chance. Newcomer Mr Loire should also be noted as his connections usually have them ready to perform well first time out but for the winner we return to Relkinda.
