    Verdict

It’s a bit of a worry that Esteemable was beaten over five lengths at Doncaster in between a couple of good efforts on the Polytrack and HALA MADRID (NAP) is preferred. Andrew Balding’s filly was placed at Windsor earlier this month, her first start since August, and looks up to winning off her current mark. The latter comment also applies to Lulani, beaten only a length at Nottingham last month, while Welsh Gem made a winning start at Chelmsford last year but has struggled in both subsequent starts. Stosur and Miss Inga Sock look no nearer winning despite both continuing to slip down the weights.
