The vote here goes to Mpenzi but it is hard to say what is her biggest danger, possibly Pearl's A Singer. The selection attempts a quick follow-up win after scoring well at Brighton. She remains competitive in our view from this six-pounds higher mark. That said, she is four pounds worse off for the head that Pearl's A Singer beat her at Brighton in July. If the latter is at her best, she holds a solid chance, although her latest run, which came two days ago, had the appearance of a confidence-booster following a heavy fall the time before. Speightstown has yet to build on his two-year-old win, while Maria Delfina has yet to live up to her 180,000 guineas price-tag, although she takes a step up in trip today. Casual Glance has shown promise but still needs to improve on form shown to date, while Irish Ballad holds claims on his Brighton win, although he is a little inconsistent. Finally, Our Choice has been placed from around today's mark and the same fate might befall him again, but blinkers will have to have a big effect on Administrator. All of which returns us to the selection, which is Mpenzi.
