Discuss made an encouraging start to her career when chasing home Godolphin's Loyal Love on her only appearance as a juvenile and, provided that she has trained on from two to three, Sir Michael Stoute's filly should be too good for her rivals with May Morning and Giant Leap looking the main rivals. There are some interesting newcomers among the field including Mick Channon's well-related Platnix and Ralph Beckett's Royal Miss, who is a half-sister to four winners. Sweet Lorraine showed promise in two starts as a juvenile and the Terry Mills-trained filly has to be respected if fit enough for her reappearance. Gary Moore's Giant's Causeway filly Giant Leap makes most appeal on pedigree among the newcomers although a bigger threat may come from the Barry Hills-trained May Morning, who has run with credit on both starts at the age of two and should improve for this longer trip. Discuss holds solid claims on form though and she gets the vote.
