In depth

Verdict

Sequester, a course and distance winner, has won three of his last four and Cornish Path was last of the six runners when he gained his latest victory at Brighton, though they all finished in a heap that day. Baylay has also won over track and trip and should go well along with consistent top weight Tears of The Sun and Roger Charlton's colt Marmot, but Smiling Stranger is proving very frustrating and Salieris Mass was a bit disappointing at Newmarket after winning his maiden. SOLO HUNTER's second to Sharp Sailor at Newmarket is probably the best piece of recent form on offer and this is his trip nowadays - Martyn Meade's charge can go one better in this.
