MAPUTO won a Group 3 on the Flat at the Curragh when trained by Mark Johnston and should have far too much class for these if taking to hurdles. He does have a lengthy absence to overcome, however, and will be short enough in the betting. Robin's Command has won six times over fences, including three times here, but this is probably a pipe-opener. Where's Tiger has won on the Flat but wasn't terribly consistent and Mr Steadfast finished last at Tramore after winning his maiden at Ballinrobe and would have preferred a slower surface.
