It's the three-year-olds who take the eye with both on the upgrade. Tavus has been campaigned in typically patient fashion by Roger Charlton and a gradual upping in trip strategy worked the oracle at Newbury recently with a comfortable 1m4f success. The strategy is now further developed as the son of Pour Moi steps up a further 2f. He'll go close but ROAD TO PARIS, already a winner over this trip, still looked quite green when inched out at Nottingham the last day. Cheekpieces are now applied and he seems sure to be involved at the business end. Swordbill has ability but is becoming impossible to catch right and Filament Of Gold rates a better each-way option.
