Not a race to stir the blood featuring a large field of exposed low-grade sprint handicappers, with Picc of Burgau the only possible exception after just three starts in as many years. She may be worth a check in the market. There is little or nothing between the likes of Cadmium Loch, Dark Lane, Catalyze, Where's Reilly and Catalonia's Diamond on the ratings and they are all the sort to win in their turn, whilst Hamas Al Bin will surely get his head in front sooner or later but this frustrating type does require all the cards to drop his way. A speculative punt is therefore suggested on CHESTER 'SLITTLEGEM who houses a more than consistent record on turf, is a course regular with a solid track record, including a course and distance success under today's 7lb claimer. The pair could go well if Jo Hughes' charge is forward enough for this reappearance.
