In depth

Verdict

Hammy End has been a consistent sort at a lower level and appeared to handle good to soft at Brighton. Tiar Na Nog could bounce back to form at any time but there are ground concerns today. Manucci might be improving while Luck Of Clover was proving reliable prior to a run at Salisbury, though he looks one paced. We’ll take a chance that blinkers revive BOMBERO as Ed de Giles’ gelding has a pretty good strike-rate on Turf and will probably handle conditions better than most – a drop back in trip could also aid his cause.
