      Verdict

      Three of Crimson Queen's victims here on Friday run in the previous race and their performances will be a big pointer to Roy Brotherton's filly's chances in this better race. A penalty will make life tough, however, while the handicapper appears top have got to Ginzan, and Whitecrest generally finds at least one too good. Peter Makin's runners have been struggling for form lately but BLANC DE CHINE could help turn the tide with victory here if she can reproduce the form of her win at Goodwood in May. Interakt would also have claims on her best form.
