Noel Meade holds a strong hand in the first juvenile hurdle of the season. Davy Condon has stepped in for some good rides for the yard since Paul Carberry's injury and has a fine opportunity here on TOP MAN MICHAEL, who has won three of his last four on the Flat including a handicap at Galway on Sunday. His stablemate Casual Creeper is still a maiden after eight starts while Southfork was behind the selection in a Wexford claimer last month. Habesh beat three rivals on fast ground at Tramore in June and ran quite well on the opening day of the Galway Festival while the lightly-raced Everything Zain has been progressing nicely, though could probably do with a stiffer test of stamina. Dragon Khan relishes soft ground and any further rain will aid his chances.
