RAPID CITY can overcome his six pound penalty with both Make Amends and Siena Star worth noting in the betting market. The selection has been in fine form of late winning two of his last three runs. He won off a mark of 65 at Brighton last time out and connections have decided to run with a penalty rather than wait to see how the handicapper assesses him. He has won off a higher mark in the past so if running up to his best he ought to go very close once again. Make Amends broke his maiden tag at Chepstow last season and continued to run over the winter months on the all weather.
