MOMENT PRESENT is the form pick to land the opener with both Emerald Wilderness and Amwell Brave worth noting. The selection won on the flat in his native France before joining Charlie Mann. He caught the eye when finishing second to Loco Grande at Bangor on his latest run back in February and looks certain to break his maiden tag with a clear round in such a poor contest. Emerald Wilderness comes from a top stable and had four runs over obstacles last year before returning with success on the level. He will be fit form the flat and any market moves should be noted. Amwell Brave has showed signs of ability but always seems to find one or two better than him. This is not the greatest of novice hurdles but he may fair better in a handicap. Moment Present looks better than most of his rivals and is given the vote to land himself in the winners enclosure.
