CAPTAIN COURAGEOUS carries a 6lb penalty for an easy all-the-way victory over 1m2f on fast ground at Haydock a week ago but he's been raised 10lb and with Jenny Powell's claim taken into account is effectively 9lb better in so has to be the selection. King Oswald also gained a comfortable victory on quick going at Yarmouth last week and is penalised so he has to be of interest as he was well supported and very impressive. Mister Musicmaster is yet another easy winner attempting a double after scoring here last month from Hot Mustard while Mokhalad has improved with each run in maidens and could be well treated for his handicap debut. Stormbound is only moderate but has still managed to win six races.
