      In depth

      Verdict

Mannikko gets a narrow vote in this wide open handicap, Danny The Dip and Lucayos are also expected to be in the shake up. Geoff Wragg has made decent start to the new campaign and Mannikko went very close on his seasonal debut. After being out paced early on, he stayed on well to finish runner up to Miltons Choice. He may have just needed that run and with improvement he will be hard to beat this afternoon. Danny The Dip and Lucayos met at Goodwood last August. It was a tight finish but Danny The Dip just prevailed. If they both run up to form today the weights just favour Danny The Dip to confirm that result, but once again it should be close. The pick of the others could be Pride Of Joy, but for the winner we turn our attention back to Mannikko.
