        Verdict

        Seaniethesmuggler,Over Zealous and Maidstone Monument are three against the field in another tough race to call for punters and the narrow vote is given to Seaniethesmuggler. The selection has been in fair form of late and a reproduction of his latest third off this mark behind Touch Closer sets the standard and he will be hard to beat under conditions that suit. Over Zealous rates the main danger on his latest third behind Uncle Mick but he is prone to breaking blood vessels and at likely odds he looks worth opposing. Maidstone Monument has dropped to a handy mark but he is best when allowed to dominate and that does not look likely with Over Zelous in the field. Fearless Mel showed improved form to be fourth last time out but is far from consistent so can not be put forward with any confidence. Of the remainder Nosam is from a yard in form and could run well at a price but for then winner we return to Seaniethesmuggler.
