Cat Six has been off for over 1000 days, while Hopstrings is becoming hard to fathom, pulled up on two of his last five starts, including last time, but a strong contender on the best of those runs. Ereyna has been absent since scoring at Towcester on the opening day of May when easily landing a handicap hurdle. However, this will be her first experience of good to firm ground and it may be best to see how she handles very different conditions. Ultra Light's Irish form is fair enough but a 0-21 career record isn't and OUR MAIMIE is preferred. She got the better of Cool Baranca at Uttoxeter last time, the form subsequently franked by the runner-up's win at Cartmel over the weekend and can follow up with the Graeme McPherson yard in hot form at present.
