Despite the mini-break, Scalloway's profile suggests that he struggles to follow up one good win with another so preference here is for Seshali assuming the market speaks in his favour. This race looks competitive and hindsight may show that siding with an inexperienced runner is foolhardy but Seshali does looks interesting. Formerly trained by Noel Brett in Ireland, this four-year-old was bred by the Aga Khan and has the scope to make up into a decent hurdler and probably chaser in time. Lord On The Run has claims, but he was well-held by Scalloway at Aintree and may be high enough in the weights now. Scalloway returns to hurdles off a lower mark, whilst Kilcannon Supreme has a chance for an in-form trainer, with his recent Newton Abbott second looking fair form. Moment Of Madness, Phone In and Grecian Groom should all improve for their recent outings, whilst Indian Star has been in fair form but in much weaker company recently. At a price Top Achiever could run well, however it is Seshali who receives the vote.
