In depth

Verdict

Despite being far from fluent, Bob Ford managed to land the odds at Chepstow a fortnight ago. He'd earlier been pulled-up at Haydock when Sixty Something finished second. The latter was still well beaten by Bobcatbilly but should be involved in the finish once again. Dual hurdles winner LIENOSUS makes his chasing debut and if running anywhere near his rating over timber, Evan Williams' charge can come out best. Colonel Iain made a promising start over fences only to disappoint at Catterick in January while Awesome Freddie could prove best of the rest on his first start over fences.
