This is a decent-looking handicap and should be played out between CAMDEN GEORGE and Ordre de Bataille with the first mentioned preferred, while Storm Of Applause looks the best of the rest. Sue Smith has her string in good form at the moment and Camden George is no exception. His placing behind Festival Plate runner-up Ping Pong Sivola in a better race at Cheltenham on ground a little too deep two starts back was pretty impressive and that was followed with an easy victory in similar company. He looks well treated and should handle the ground. Ordre de Bataille beat the aforementioned Ping Pong Sivola on Boxing Day but was a little disappointing under this mark last time. It could be the assessor is just getting the upper hand here but he should go well enough for a prominent display. Strom Of Applause looks to be really competitive off his current rating having performed with credit under heavier burdens recently and a top run will have him close. Never So Blue was a last-time-out winner but his subsequent seven-pound mark rise looks a little much so instead we turn to Camden George.
