In depth

Verdict

Another tough race to call here for punters with not much between many of the leading fancies but the principals look to be Koquelicot, Perfect Fellow, Asparagus, and Ivanoph and the vote goes to Perfect Fellow. The selection won well last time out when defeating Lord¿n¿ Master under similar conditions and if he can reproduce that effort here he will be hard to beat despite his penalty. Koquelicot rates the main danger on his latest win over Restless Wind but this looks tougher and he will find it harder under another penalty. Asparagus is another in form he won well last time when defeating Juralan but he has never won over a trip this far before and for that reason he is opposed. Ivanoph fell behind Asparagus last time but he looked held at the time and he will need to improve on that effort to score. Of the remainder Bee An Bee is from a yard in form and won well last time out so is worth noting in the market despite his sharp rise in the weights but for the winner we return to Perfect Fellow.
