Verdict

Donald McCain won this last year and HEARTBREAK KID, who won an eight-runner point on heavy ground at Kirkistown in March when six rivals failed to finish, will be fancied to make a successful start for the yard as the opposition looks negligible. Timeforaspin ran well in two bumpers on this track but was well beaten on his hurdling debut at Fakenham and though Wbee landed a Stratford bumper in September that was on good ground, as were his other three runs. According To Alex was well beaten in a Huntingdon bumper but is much more likely to do better over hurdles.
