Verdict

The Wolf changed stables before his reappearance and the move has done him good as he made all for a very easy victory on good ground at Fakenham last month. Conditions will be very different here but he looks well treated on his handicap debut and will make a bold bid, though this is much tougher. Chti Balko last won almost two years ago but he's competed at a much higher level and will enjoy the conditions so he looks a threat to all. BURROWS PARK (NAP) completed a double when scoring over this trip at Uttoxeter on New Year's Eve and won a much better race over 3m2f at Kelso in March. He'll be better for his run at Cheltenham last month and gets the nod. Jake Dancer was returning from almost a year off when landing a Class 2 handicap at Newcastle in February and has won on heavy ground, though is yet to prove he stays this far. Neither of the remaining pair can be dismissed in a tricky little race.
